Welcome to SEE STUDIO. By purchasing any Statement of Environmental Effects (SEE) product or service from us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Offered

SEE STUDIO provides premium Statements of Environmental Effects tailored to residential development applications across NSW. Products include:

- Standard SEE

- Complex SEE with Clause 4.6 variation

- Multi-Dwelling SEE

All reports are delivered digitally within 5 business days, subject to receipt of required documentation.

2. Document Submission

Clients are required to submit accurate and complete project documentation via our secure form immediately after purchase. SEE STUDIO is not liable for delays caused by missing, incorrect, or incomplete documentation.

3. Use of Reports

Our SEE documents are provided for submission to the relevant local council and are designed to align with NSW planning controls. It remains the applicant’s responsibility to confirm council-specific requirements and to submit the SEE as part of a compliant DA package.

4. Turnaround Time

SEE STUDIO guarantees delivery of your report within 5 business days from receipt of full documentation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

5. Pricing

All pricing is in AUD and includes GST.

- Multi-Dwelling SEE is charged per dwelling (e.g., 5 dwellings = 5 x $750).

- No additional charge is made for inclusion of a Clause 4.6 justification where required.

- No additional charge is made for 1 revision on the basis of council feedback or a clients design change.

- Additional $250 (Inc GST) is applicable per revision thereafter.

6. Intellectual Property

All SEE documents remain the intellectual property of SEE STUDIO. Distribution, reproduction or modification without permission is strictly prohibited.

SEE STUDIO is committed to protecting your privacy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal and project information provided by you when you:

- Make a purchase
- Submit documents via our secure form
- Contact us via email or our website

2. How We Use It

We use this information to:

- Prepare your Statement of Environmental Effects
- Communicate with you regarding your order
- Improve our services

We do not share your personal data with third parties unless required by law.

3. Data Security

We store documentation securely via encrypted cloud platforms and restrict access to essential personnel only.

We offer a Money-Back Guarantee if:

- You do not receive your SEE within 5 business days (and no delay was caused by missing/incomplete documentation), and
- You notify us of the missed delivery window

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

- Documentation was incomplete or incorrect
- You changed your mind or no longer require the report
- Council requirements changed after submission or preparation of the report

If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.

While SEE STUDIO takes care to align all reports with local planning instruments (LEP, DCP), we do not guarantee Development Application approval.

SEE STUDIO is not liable for application outcomes, council delays, or third-party decisions.
